Led a team of three designers in creating a captivating poster for the 39th Anniversary Academy Awards Night Charity Gala, hosted by the non-profit organization Academy of Friends in 2019. The event, themed "Neptune's Fantasy," was their flagship fundraiser, and our design was a central component of its extensive advertising campaign. The poster was prominently featured across billboards, kiosks, and social media platforms throughout San Francisco.

As the lead designer, I guided the team in bringing the underwater Neptune theme to life. We focused on showcasing diversity and inclusivity, evoking allure and confidence through the featured models. To create an immersive undersea ambiance, we utilized layers of gradients, effects, patterns, and colors, translating the concept into a visually striking design. Our efforts resulted in a 28% increase in event attendance, a deeply rewarding achievement that underscored the impact of our contribution to this influential fundraiser.
